• Inmates are allowed to correspond with anyone outside of this facility, so long as the correspondence does not violate any State or Federal law. 
• Prisoners will not be allowed to correspond with other prisoners incarcerated in this facility. 
• Incoming mail, other than legal mail, will be opened and inspected for contraband prior to delivery to the inmate.  Any contraband will be confiscated for possible prosecution.  All inmate mail should be sent to:
